Bad customer service
Hard to review this bag because I never got it. It was lost by UPS but Xotic stopped answering my emails and never gave me a refund. I had to contest the charge with my cc.
Very unhappy
The purchase and delivery of the item was fine... however the purse is a very stiff leather, the drawstring closure does not work well, because of the stiffness. Its not as small as I expected. Over all the bag is cumbersome and awkward to use. I will not use it. I was disappointed.
