The WORST online purchase
Bought a statue from this company, but the measurements were not the same as mentioned in the description. I had to pay for the returned shipping because this company doesn't provide the necessary documentation for returns with the product. Having patiently waited for weeks now, I STILL haven't received a refund for my purchase. I fear that they have stolen a large amount of money from me. Contacting the company isn't very helpful. The employees answering the phone were rather clueless and couldn't even help me with instructions for the product return.
